The caveat here is that you MUST NOT USE AN OPEN AI free platform when dealing with sensitive information.

The paid version of ChatGPT will keep your data within your personal "filing cabinet" and you can stop ChatGPT from sharing your data by turning off "Improve the model for everyone" in the Data Controls section. This is very important and the first thing you should do when you download the app. This action will prevent your conversations from being used to train the AI model and includes stronger security measures like encryption.

INTEGRATING APPS INSIDE CHAT GPT

  Use caution when integrating apps into your paid ChatGPT Pro version. While your pro version can be set to "do not share my content for system learning purposes," integrating an app like Canva will not come with that protection since they are third party apps to each other.  While the seamless integration feels very convenient, your most secure option is not to connect any third-party apps inside ChatGPT if you have concerns about data sharing.
